• Device, log, cookie, diagnostics, and usage information, such as IP address, device type, app version, pages viewed, and feature interactions
• Purchase and subscription status from the app store or payment provider; we do not receive your full payment-card number from app stores

We may also receive information from sign-in providers, app stores, fraud-prevention services, other users who report an interaction, and service providers acting on our behalf.

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with potential connections
• Show relevant profiles, calculate distance, and honor your discovery and privacy settings

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you permanently delete your account, CuteNite begins deleting your profile and associated content from active systems. Limited records may be retained for a legally required period, to prevent fraud or repeat abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety, or complete secure backup cycles. Information another user lawfully retains, such as a report submitted for safety review, may not disappear from that user's records when your account is deleted.

6. Your Rights, Choices, and Consent

You have the right to:

• Access and update your account information
• Delete your account and personal data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Control location sharing permissions
• Request a copy of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable
• Withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal

You can revoke location, photo, camera, microphone, and notification permissions in your device settings; change profile visibility and communication choices inside CuteNite; and unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message. Some features will not work without the permissions they require.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

CuteNite is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

10. App Store Privacy Disclosures

Our Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data safety disclosures are intended to reflect the app and third-party SDKs included in the version offered through each store. Because app features and providers may change, the store disclosure shown for your installed version is part of this notice. If a store disclosure and this policy appear inconsistent, contact us so we can investigate and correct the applicable disclosure.
