Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CuteNite, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information, use only your own account, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. We may ask you to verify your age, identity, or account ownership when reasonably necessary for safety or security.

3. Limited License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CuteNite for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Sell, rent, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit the service
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Use automation to create accounts, message users, or collect personal information
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

4. User Conduct and Safety

You agree to use CuteNite only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. You must comply with our Community Guidelines at all times. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment or harm to other users
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Spamming or soliciting other users
• Posting sexual, exploitative, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content
• Violating our Community Guidelines in any way

CuteNite may use automated tools and human review to detect, filter, investigate, and remove content or accounts. Users can report content or behavior and block or unmatch other users. We review safety reports and take action appropriate to the circumstances, which may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving evidence, or contacting authorities.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CuteNite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. This license ends when the content is deleted except where a limited copy must be retained for legal, safety, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through Apple, Google Play, or another payment provider. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in the platform account that processed the purchase. Deleting your CuteNite account does not cancel a store-billed subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the payment provider's rules and applicable law.

7. Privacy and Permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information, and how you can withdraw permissions or request access or deletion.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion inside CuteNite under Settings → Account & security. Learn more on our account deletion page. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when you breach these Terms, create safety or legal risk, or misuse the service.

We may modify or discontinue features. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Dating Safety and Disclaimers

CuteNite does not conduct a comprehensive background check on every user and cannot guarantee a user's identity, intentions, statements, conduct, or compatibility. Use good judgment online and when meeting in person, and review our Safety Center before meeting someone.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. CuteNite does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every interaction will be safe or successful.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CUTENITE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the date below, and will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
