• Be honest about your age, identity, and intentions
• Do not create accounts to evade a restriction or ban
• Do not use another person’s photos or profile information

Respect boundaries

Consent is ongoing. Interest can change, and nobody owes another person a reply, photo, phone number, or date.

• If someone says no or stops responding, give them space
• Never send unsolicited explicit messages or images
• Do not pressure anyone for private information or an in-person meeting
• Use block, unmatch, and report whenever a boundary is crossed

Keep content appropriate

CuteNite is an adults-only dating service, but public and shared content still needs clear limits.

• No nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
• No graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging self-harm
• No spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• No content that exploits or endangers another person

Report, block, and unmatch

Use the tools inside CuteNite whenever someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these rules.

• Report the profile or message so our team has the right context
• Block or unmatch to stop contact through that connection
• Contact support for serious account or safety concerns
• If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services

Enforcement and appeals

We consider the context, severity, and history of a violation before taking action.

• Warning or content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent removal from CuteNite
• Referral to law enforcement when required or appropriate
